Stage 3 Motorsports is a leader in Ford Truck eCommerce with an extremely successful, custom content driven web platform that caters to the F150, Super Duty, and other Ford vehicle markets. Stage 3 will retain its original owner, Bill Lindsay, as company president and APG will provide distribution and fulfillment support while Stage 3 continues to effectively compete in the eCommerce space using its tried-and-true formula for success.

Stage 3 Motorsports was founded in 2004 in Muscatine, Iowa, as an eCommerce business selling select Roush and Saleen performance parts and accessories for Mustangs. Over the years, Stage 3 grew and shifted focus to the surprisingly under-served Ford F150 and Ford Super Duty markets. Stage 3 offers a huge selection of Ford Truck performance parts and accessories and generates high-quality, custom content on their website, YouTube channel, and social media spaces. Stage 3's staff has extensive real-world truck and off-road experience, which has made them the go-to experts for parts and accessories for F150s and Super Dutys the world over.

JB Autosports (JBA) excels at bringing Subaru and Toyota Sport Compact parts and accessories directly to their consumers. With APG's acquisition, JBA now has greater access to APG's logistics and wholesale network, while Premier has broader access to direct consumer sales in the Sport Compact Market.
