Aftermarket Performance Group's sole mission is to create a vertically-integrated group of companies that's ready to take the entire aftermarket performance marketplace by storm. By combining robust wholesale distributing infrastructure with high-powered E-commerce sites and our own manufacturing, APG seeks to provide a high return on investment while producing excellent profits for each division in the group. Every division of APG has a huge range of autonomy that's backed by a central office team that handles purchasing, fulfillment, accounting, IT, human resources, and much more. APG's individual companies focus solely on providing the best service, products, and content for their market segments to help drive sales and capture market share. All of APG is staffed with real automotive enthusiasts that are experts of their individual crafts, which makes us an authority on all of the vehicle applications we support and products we sell and produce. APG's CEO is Mike Sinoway, a veteran of executive management roles in the automotive space. Mike served as CEO of both Avatar Solutions and MaritzCX, but he also has extensive experience in manufacturing from his time at Honeywell's R&D department, where he worked on advanced turbine engine development. Mike took over the reins from Interim CEO Russ Spieler in April of 2020, and has led APG through the turmoil of COVID-19 and civil unrest while increasing revenue and profitability of APG's various divisions. APG's CFO and President of Central Operations is Vic Pompino, who has extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket. Vic was formerly CFO and an EVP at Eckler industries, and spent over two decades at Keystone Automotive, one of the largest wholesale distributors of aftermarket parts and accessories. Vic came to APG in 2016 and has helped APG evolve and adapt to changing marketplaces, while providing guidance and leadership through APG's acquisitions.
