APG's CEO is Mike Sinoway, a veteran of executive management roles in the automotive space. Mike served as CEO of both Avatar Solutions and MaritzCX, but he also has extensive experience in manufacturing from his time at Honeywell's R&D department, where he worked on advanced turbine engine development. Mike took over the reins from Interim CEO Russ Spieler in April of 2020, and has led APG through the turmoil of COVID-19 and civil unrest while increasing revenue and profitability of APG's various divisions.
